2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Go to the Orders section and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on Request Return and provide necessary details, including photos (if applicable).
  4. Submit the request, and our support team will review it within 2-3 business days.

Once approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the product.


3. Refund Options

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. You may choose one of the following refund options:

  • Original Payment Method: The amount will be credited to the payment method used during purchase.
  • Kaisz.pk Credit: Refund as store credit to be used for future purchases.

Refund processing times may vary based on the payment method but generally take 7-10 business days.


4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • The exchange request must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
